> "We hired Joe and his dad to screed our living room area with self-leveling latex screed. Paid 400£ for what ended up being ~ 2 hours "work". And I use "work" in the loosest possible sense, as the quality of what they delivered can only be describe as disgusting. They left the screeding half-way through because they ran out of material and then tried to blame me for giving them the wrong dimensions (I didn't). They didn't bother with using a leveling rake or a pin roller and so the floor ended up more uneven than it was before (3cm+ over 1m in places). A waste of money, time and materials."
