The senior, Patrick, dealt with all building regulation requirements without a fuss, including installing a rainwater soakaway required by the control officer, which unexpectedly encountered next-door’s gas pipe and water pipe. Time keeping was excellent with no sense of disappearing to another job. Invoices were submitted on a fortnightly basis in arrears."
