It was the best thing we could have done as from the initial contact to the completion of the job their service was first class. Just before they was to start we were given a 'plan of action' which meant we could prepare the respective rooms the day before. The 4 man team arrived just after 9am each day and were a pleasure to have around. Easy to get on with answering any questions we had, they were polite and very respectful of our home environment leaving the minimal amount of clearing-up to be done. Their workmanship was top class. The windows look superb. Thank you to all concerned. I would thoroughly recommend WJ Richardson to anyone thinking of have replacement windows"
