> "Hard to fault. The work consisted of a complete refurbishment of a kitchen/diner and living room, and re-insulating parts of a previously very draughty building. A fiddly and complex job, part of which involved working around kitchen fitters as well as co-ordinating subcontracted plastering and electrical work in addition to their own, and which involved several unexpected changes of plan. Throughout, they were professional, helpful and practical, and managed to keep their senses of humour. They were happy to offer helpful advice and nothing was ever too much trouble. The result is great!"
