Our old en suite looked more than sufficient but we knew deep down that the original workmanship was shoddy and we had been planning on asking for help from Rick and Will, once finances allowed. Will was honest from the start in regard to price and the work required to bring it up to their standards and kept us informed all the way through the project with any additional costs.
