Damp seal and various fillers seemed to work for a while but alas we decided to get Aspect in to survey the wall and they informed us that it was saturated and needed to be taken back to the brickwork. They recommended Wetlands Damp Proofing in Bromley and my how impressed are we . Daniel Morris turned up on time and immediately put us at ease with his professional polite manner ,his quote was equally professionally and very detailed and easy to understand. On stripping back the plaster it was discovered that part of the flooring was rotten ,John the Carpenter was called up and was on site within an hour and the flooring was replaced in no time .This was followed by the rendering and re=plastering of the wall and replacement of the laminate flooring that had had to be removed .To date despite several heavy storms no water leaks., absolutely first class job."
