We planned the project well in advance and Tom was patient and communicative from the first meeting to project completion. As always there were unexpected problems along the way but Lewis, Tom and Jimmy were always able to come up with pragmatic options and creative solutions that meant we didn’t lose too much time overall. The guys were friendly and professional, punctual and would always consult us on changes needed as the job progressed. Overall the project took slightly longer and was a little over the original quote but this was due to unexpected issues like replacing all the joists above the kitchen which they could not have predicted beforehand.
