No one had any idea what would be behind the plaster and, when it turned out to be a stone wall, in need of tidying and filling, plus a curved hearth, they did everything to make us a beautiful fireplace. It took two days and from covering the furniture and the floors, to recommending another stove when the space was smaller than expected, to hoovering up the last bits of dust, they were thorough, on time, cheerful, hardworking. The whole team, including Gill and Emma on the phone and Chris and Dan, were helpful and brilliant."
