What was most impressive was the fact he actually turned up knowing that the job if required was only going to be a small job, and as it turned out nothing was wrong with roof that required attention!! In this day and age to actually get someone to call when promised and explain that nothing was needed, or charge me for his time was an example to me that there are people still out there who are honest and reliable and can be trusted.
