> "A shame because they were a nice family but unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. Our mirror wasn’t put up as arranged due to an error in measurements. Our TV was fitted not quite level and we also had a heavy monitor that was to be put on the wall but it was a rushed job and the screws were not long enough for the wall so it fell off a few hours later. They were coming back to fix this but we didn’t hear back, even after I messaged to remind them."
