The work was done almost 2years ago, Still do not have my warranty insurance, they are not returning my calls or answering my emails.

1st Call Roofing have been genuinely horrifying to work with and I am now having to take formal action against them. They were employed to replace a concrete gutter with a plastic one on my property in February 2023, but didn't complete the job properly, causing water leakage onto mine and my neighbour's property. Since then, I have had to call them back continuously to fix things. They have repeatedly lied about work done; acted defensively and intimidatingly on return visits; sworn at me over the phone (calling me and my neighbour "bloody liars") and ultimately not resolved the issue. Avoid!
