He took his time to get everything perfect, checked the positioning with us, and explained what he was doing so we felt comfortable. "Needed an old FM aerial removed and the mast shortened by about half. Appointment booked for a few days ahead. Man arrived as expected and completed the work in good time. Even offered to cut up the removed aerial to make it easier to transport to scrap."
