Complex work with left and right tiles, andy did a cracking job on them

I picked up A E Tiling company on Checkatrade and he came and gave me a price, so I got the work done. He used his own products for the tile like adhesive and grout. I brought tiles from a supplier and he did not use any of their products. He told me he was using a better product and I agreed to this. After he finished, cleaned it and was gone, my tiles colour had changed. Left me a lot of white patches in them. Grey tiles have turned into whitey grey tiles, with a lot of blotch patches in them. I have been calling him, leaving messages no reply, no courtesy call. Its very bad workmanship and I would highly not recommend anybody to use him. Worst experience I've had. Not very reliable for come back at all.
