"Replaced faulty mixer shower and then re-tile shower area. Replaced and fixed an area of wooden flooring that had been damaged. Aqua-sealed the exterior brick work thereby preventing rainwater from being absorbed into the bricks, providing longer term weather protection to the property. The work was done to a high standard, carried out neatly and left in a tidy manner. Arjan has proven to be a reliable, punctual and trustworthy tradesman and has previously worked on other jobs for me including replacing guttering, exterior rendering, exterior painting and carrying out roof repairs."
