"Excellent service from my initial enquiry over the phone with Marie to the completed work, with Alan. Alan arrived on the day arranged and gave me an immediate quotation. Returned on time on the day arranged, replaced by cracked sealed double glazed bathroom window, Alan then pointed out a manufacturers flaw within the new sealed unit, said he would like to come back later with a replacement, which is exactly what he did. It was fitted and all work completed to an extremely high standard, I was then more than happy to pay the agreed price."
"Alan was able to adjust the hinges for one door but had to order replacements for the others, which came quickly and he was able to fit within a couple of days. The doors now open and close smoothly and I am able to secure them at last, actually much better than when originally installed."
