Tony didn't need to do any more for us but he ever so kindly took the time out of his day to ring various companies using his own mobile phone to try and help us get our power back on. He is such a lovely man and I will recommend him to everyone from now on. Thank you for going above and beyond for us Tony, it's so very much appreciated."
