He was polite and friendly, from the outset, and even asked if we had any pets that would escape, before propping open the door to bring in his tools. He was sensibly priced and the job took exactly how long he said it would. No hidden costs or surprises. Left us with instructions and a cheerful goodbye. Did a fantastic job, cleaned up after himself and observed social distancing. We would recommend him to anybody requiring similar work. Thank you, Paul!"
