Adam first came out to assess a leak coming from my chimney. He quickly identified that water was seeping in through the mortar and that the chimney needed repointing. His quote was very reasonable—especially compared to other roofers, whose prices were nearly double. The scaffolding was set up on Friday, and by Monday morning, Adam and his team arrived promptly, ready to start work. Unfortunately, the scaffolders had caused some damage, but Adam was upfront about it right away and reassured me that he would take care of it. Initially, I was a bit concerned, but there was no need to worry—he handled everything professionally. The work was completed swiftly and to a very high standard. Adam even showed me the back of the chimney to put my mind at ease. The team returned the next day to replace the damaged tiles and remove the scaffolding. I highly recommend Adam his work is topnotch, and he's a genuinely great guy

I had several quotes but Adam ticked every box . He knows exactly what he’s doing and even goes the extra mile which was very pleasing and professional . Adam replaced my whole roof and put new gutters and facias. He and his tram turned up on time every time and were very polite not just to us but also neighbours. Excellent workmenship and tidied up every night no mess left. I will have no hesitation in recommending A Snow to anyone, infact i have recontacted him recently to do my flat roofs, I always struggled to find a good professional trades person but Adam is definately top notch!

Adam and his colleagues were very polite, he came and gave me a quote to which I accepted. He came and did the job he was on time and talked me through the process every step of the way he cleaned everything once he had finished right down to sweeping my drive. Once the job was completed he gave me a written receipt and a guarante. Thanks Adam

Adam and his team didn't disappoint us in any aspects of our dealings. Very professional and trustworthy. May ask for 50% before start but after explaining why this is, we are pleased we opted to trust him as his work was outstanding and he was really polite and always keeping us up to date with work progress. I am happy to recommend his team and will definitely be asking for his expertise again in the future.
