Very professional and prompt. When surveying the house very knowledgeable and reassuring, listened to concerns and made sure to cover off in the survey. The test results and report were returned very quickly and the report was very detailed and useful.

Daniel was very quick to respond via text from start to finish. Very easy to communicate with. He understood exactly what was required and there was no pressure on me at all. Very professional but also just a really nice guy. He really knows his stuff.
