Andrew & his team completed my kitchen installation to a high standard with no issues along the way. Andrew kept me updated throughout the project & was always a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge & eye to detail really showed on completion of my kitchen. I also had Andrew & his team back for a full bathroom refit including tiling which was also completed to a very high standard, I will definitely recommend Andrew to friends & family in the future. Really courteous and keen painters. Quality good, and they came back a few days after the work was finished to touch up a few minor bits they had missed. I can certainly recommend them.
This trade provided a quote for a wet room and for some tiling and vanity units to 2 shower rooms. We paid a 50% deposit. They did not show us the proposed tiles and vanity units nor any evidence of materials bought. We agreed a start date. They did not turn up on the day or the next day as promised. They then cancelled the job and offered to return our deposit. They have not done so. We have had several communications with them so far but only a quarter of our deposit has been returned. We are very concerned that we will not get the rest of our money back.
