"I was not at home when the contractor’s estimator came to survey the job. However the estimator used a drone to survey our roof area and estimated the job from the images taken. I received notice on Monday night that work would commence the following morning. A tower scaffold was erected on Tuesday morning in our front garden without any damage to our mature plants and the work to repair/replace weather damaged cement skews, chimney pots and chimney haunch was completed by Thursday morning and the scaffolding was removed by lunchtime. All in all the project was very well managed."
