The electrician turned up on time, was polite and helpful. He diagnosed the problem, talked me through the issue, and made a fix. He tidied up after himself and provided advice on any next steps outside of the emergency repair. Highly recommended!
Two jobs required - replacement of conservatory fan and light unit and checking out working of immersion heater. Difficulty in explaining requirement. two visits required because on first visit electrician had not been fully informed that replacement unit was required. Charge for immersion heater work was double estimate; fitting of fan unit required modification to seating before fan could be safely installed. - perhaps a better inspection of fan replacement could have been undertaken on first visit. Despite all this, the work was carried out satisfactorily and professionally.
