We live abroad and so all our communications prior were done by email. Adam kept us informed of the works by WhatsApp on the day, which was great. He is clearly very detailed oriented and plans ahead. Besides choosing the tiles, everything else was handled by Adam (including ordering and collecting them). Adam was also able to accommodate our tenants' availability. Works were done in two days. Definitely recommend his services"
