Alex and his colleague fitted a garden tap for us. He was able to fit it the day after I contacted him. Great guys who were friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.

My house refurbishment was around £150,000 and I was given a detailed schedule of works which was really helpful for both parties as it was clear as to what was included in the price. The work was carried out in a diligent manner and was completed on time and within budget. There was always somebody on site and the workmanship was of a very high standard. The contractor gave options on specifications which saved money if I accepted any alternatives. All his workforce were polite and tidy and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I would have no qualms in recommending this contractor.

Alex did a botched job in my kitchen despite being given a written job specification. Alex requested for more money to come and put the job right despite the fact that he had charged me a premium, and did not fulfil the job requirements. He refused to come back without more money because, in his own words, "you are lying, it was your mistake, I have done what you asked for". I refused to pay him more money. I do not recommend him to other people as he is unreliable and untrustworthy. He is only interested in getting the money and not interested in offering any sort of after sale service.
