I did a search on this site after finding a problem this morning. I thought Derby to Mansfield maybe too far out of his way - but Adrian was here as promised a few hours later. He's extremely polite and amiable. Located the problem within minutes. Explained the pricing in full before he then started the work. Just the sort of trader we all hope for.
