"Sent photos of fallen apple tree (approx 80 years old) to see if it could be saved. Advised it was possible. On day of work, all agreed it was a good idea to try and save the tree but no guarantees. Liked attitude of team in trying best endeavours to save tree. Tree re-erected, props added to stabilise. Agreed to come back and add more props and check on tree in 6 months time to check health of tree."
