He re-mortared the ridge tiles, replaced the flaunching on the chimney, evaluated whether the chimney needed re-pointing, and checked the flashing. "Quick quote provided and good communication with Aaron and his partner throughout the process. The chimney now has mushroom and part pointed with hole covered in top causing damp on house just bought and found on survey. Also agreed to come out to check part of pointing .
