Alchemy Projects are a small building firm dedicated to the progression and implementation of low carbon building techniques and products. Alchemy Projects is dedicated to producing the highest quality build for a realistic price. We strive to offer quality, value for money and a redefinition of what the building experience can be. Years of working in both the residential and commercial renovation industry have allowed us to refine our system of working and communicating, taking the good points learned and eliminating the negative elements of the ‘typical’ building experience that have frustrated people for years. We will communicate every step of the way, from the first contact through to completion. Our values Pride We take immense pride in every project that we undertake and treat each one as if it was our own property we were doing the work on. Passion We have a great passion for what we do from the smallest detail of how we build things to how we are perceived by our clients. Transparency Nothing is hidden in how we price our projects. We aim to have a full precise price agreed ahead of starting on any project with clients fully aware of what elements of the price they have control over, and what is included/excluded in the price we present. Environment Protecting the environment for future generations is the key to our mission. We constantly strive to keep our environmental impact to a minimum whilst undertaking projects and to only use products in our builds that are not damaging to the environment. All of our projects are constructed using timber frame and wood fibre insulation which have a negative carbon footprint due to CO2 being absorbed while the timber is being grown.
