I was delighted with the work completed by Alex and the team who came via a recommendation from a friend. We required two chimney breasts removed, whole house plastering, new kitchen and bathroom and a single storey rear extension (photo). Communication was excellent, timescales were generally met and costs were all exactly as outlined in the initial quote. Every member of the team was professional and respectful and were great to have in the house. All the work has been completed to a high level and we’re really happy with our house now. We would absolutely recommend Alexander Builders to anyone.

Late last year we had work done with Alex and the team and are really pleased with the results. They removed walls in the bedrooms and did an excellent job making the space feel much bigger. The plastering was finished to a very high standard. They also re-laid the roofs and built a new porch, and were very helpful with the planning along the way. Overall, we’re very happy with the work and would happily recommend them.

I've used these guys before and I reco mmend them. They do really good work and they listen. I've recently had a bathroom fitted along with pipework and the experience was great. Had a really good talk with them about the job and they understood what I was after and did this to a high standard. Happy to recommend them and will definately call them again.

Really impressed with Alexander Builders. Great communication from the off, always happy to answer any questions/ queries along the way. Everything was checked through me before being signed off. Had a few lintels put in and a new garage door and window. Very friendly and helpful and always kept me in the loop as to where they were up to with the work. Told about when materials were to be delivered and they ensured a member of their team were at the house to receive them. They were time efficient and did a good clean up afterwards, leaving nothing for me to sort. After completion one thing needed to be looked at and Alex quickly replied and came back to sort with no issue. Paperwork for work all sorted through them. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will use them again in the future if needed.
