Kevin was polite and fitted the new taps/shower. Afterwards said he checked for leaks and all seemed fine. He said to contact him if there were any issues. We later realised that the seal behind the taps was degraded - this has been partly covered by the old taps which were very close to the wall. I let Kevin know but he refused to come back saying it was nothing to do with the job and he 'didn't specialise' in this type of work. We would have paid him to reseal the whole thing. There was also a continuous drip from the unit he fitted which he said he'd replace but I've not heard from him.

Kevin was very polite and knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through the issue and replaced it promptly.
