"Darrell was on site, 2 days before Christmas, within 3 hours of first contact, to fix a kitchen waste leak. Fixed the problem within 10 minutes, didn't try and exaggerate the job, and charged a very reasonable price. Left no mess, was friendly, polite and cheerful too. Would work with Darrell again, and have already offered him the choice to quote for a full bathroom refit, now we know he's reliable."
