"The Builder was helpful, informative and thoroughly understood my concerns. He started immediately to investigate how the loft conversion floor was constructed, whether the internal wall was used as a part of this floor and after looking in the loft of the upstairs bedroom showed and demonstrated that the loft conversion builders had built a new floor, therefore leaving the old loft floor untouched and the internal wall non-load bearing. I would definitely use again and recommend this firm if another building job arose."
