Boiler Service

Andy Lander has for a number of years now provided regular service checks for our boiler and hot water system. In addition, he's acted as an emergency call-out service when things have gone wrong and also replaced pipes and radiators and given advice on longer term projects such as a complete bathroom replacement. In all cases he has been friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional, and given us all the information we needed to make decisions when needed.

We called Andy to get help when our heating was not coming on upstairs. Of course this was Friday early evening ! Andy established that we could cope with partial heating for a few days until he could come. He came very promptly a few days later and completely fixed the problem. Andy has looked after us for years now and he's never let us down.

Not the most complex repair, but something that was beyond my DIY skills. Turned up on time, work done thoroughly, offered to come back if anything needed adjusting

I wanted my parents to get Hive fitted, so they have a better visibility of their heating and hot water system. Their current programmer was really difficult to operate and as they are OAPs, just impossible for them to use. Andy came over swapped over the bits and pieces necessary and made sure that everything was fully tested before leaving. He also took the time to investigate a heated towel rain issue. All the time, he was extremely polite and friendly. My parents enjoyed the visit and are very happy with the new system.

Sent him pictures of what the problem was. Came back promptly with recommendation and price quote. Arrived bang on time and came in on quote. Great job, guy knew exactly what he was doing.
