Annabelle and Co.'s projects range from one-off houses for private clients through to larger scale schemes for developers such as: large conversions, townhouses, housing developments and apartment buildings. The most important aspect in any of our work is quality of design. Our expertise adds value from Planning Approval through to the completion of a project on site and we believe good design has the power to significantly increase a property’s end value. This means that a Clients initial investment is paid back many times over. Model making is paramount to our process with testament to how much time models are saving us in each of our projects. We specialise in hand crafted card and timber models which is invaluable to our understanding of the design, resulting in a physical tool which helps clients, planners, neighbours and public consultations to grasp a scheme. Conservation Areas, Greenbelt and Listed buildings present a unique prospect to create exceptional design interventions. We have important working relationships with all the officers in Cheshire, Manchester, Trafford and Stockport and our reputation with them enables us to explore exciting design.
