Sent an invoice for completed job when not finished. On the first day increased quite price stating needed more materials. Lots of cosmetic issues around shower, damage to wall where knocked through behind shower and not repaired, gaps left between shower tray and wall / floor tiles. Poor communication when requesting to return - kept stating ‘tomorrow or next week’ without committing to date. Had to chase daily wasting lots of time. Eventually returned over a month later and poor workmanship on sealant and multiple issues with wall edges. Keeps stating is busy with other jobs / on holiday
