Put the job on check a trade, had a phone call the same afternoon. Arranged a morning to come over for a quote. They arrived promptly, polite on initial meeting, assessed the job, took photos to show me the problem and what needs to be done, then gave me a few estimates. I asked about wait time, they said given the size of the job they'd be able to do the job that morning. It took a few hours, but job was finished, photos taken to show the job done after, and a guarantee for 10 years given. Happy with the job done, and good value for money compared to another quote I was given.

Work was done but the roof still pools water and does not drain off. The water is now also leaking through the roof into the room below onto electrics. Have contacted apex numerous times since. They have ignored calls and blocked numbers since initially saying they would come back and fix the roof. It has now been 5 weeks and they had promised to turn up today (amongst numerous other days before now) and have not turned up. Avoid at all costs, they lied about the steps taken and the quality of work has been completely unacceptable. They also harassed us for payment before the work was complete
