From the initial chat with Nathan to talk about our requirements to the moment the fitters left the house, I've been impressed. Communication has been great, fitters very friendly and efficient. This is the second time we've used Apex and after moving house there was no question who we'd be using for our new windows. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

From start to finish Apex Windows staff were good with communication, punctual, professional and friendly. I was very impressed with their process and initially had an appointment with Nathan (sales) I was able to choose all elements of the door from a brochure with lots of choices. No sales pressure just answer to any questions. I particularly liked the booklet with all the public liability insurance details, FENSA accreditation along with accreditation details to other companies like Which, Trustatrader. After the surveyor measured up it was only 4 weeks before fitting. Kieran and Ben (fitters) were friendly and removed the old uPVC door then fitted the new composite door professionally and with care. All work was done to a very high standard. No mess left and old door removed from site. I would 100% recommend Apex as a company to use.

I am so pleased with my windows. The two fitters were friendly and professional The sales man was professional explaining the process and no pressure was put on me to buy.
