Really pleased with our refurbished conservatory. Apple & Oak were professional, considerate and courteous throughout.

Apple & Oak were recommended to us by friends who had had their conservatory re-built by Apple &Oak. We wanted to replace all the glazing (windows, doors and roof) in our current conservatory with more thermo-efficient glass. The roof of our conservatory has a very high pitch so the work was not easy but it was all carried out really well. Everything was done really well - careful covering of all surfaces not being worked on, regular information each day about what had been done that day and what was envisaged for the following day, very polite people working on site who were very respectful, who we were very comfortable having in our home and who were very tidy. They also cleaned up after themselves very well and we did not have to do anything in the way of cleaning up. We would very happily recommend them to any of our friends. Quality work and quality people.

Apple and Oak were not our first choice. I had been recommended a similar contractor by a friend and not wanting to go with that recommendation without other quotes I searched Google finding Apple and Oak. When I first contacted Adam he was very engaging over the phone and from the moment I met him in person when he measured to quote I could tell he was very professional and honest. Adam provided a comprehensive quote based on my requirements and I found it comparable with other quotes. What set him apart from the others was his attention to detail and knowledge of the product he was to install. From the moment we agreed Apple and Oak were to be our chosen contractor Adam took the time to explain everything in detail. On day one of the installation he and his team arrived and the installation ran to timetable, despite some inclement January weather. The whole Apple and Oak team were fantastic throughout. Thoughtful, clean and professional through every process.

From initial contact to completion of the work the service was excellent. We were given various options as to how to do our conservatory renovation and at no point was any pressure put on us for one option or another. All questions answered with clarity. Clear dates were given for doing the work and the job was done within the time scale. Great guys who worked on site. Site was kept tidy. All in all excellent service,would recommend highly.

After two happy references and a thorough quote process, we went ahead with having our double glazed roof of our conservatory replaced with a tiled roof by Apple&Oak . Every date agreed from start to completion was as promised. The team ere experienced in their work and delivered a very professional job which has greatly enhanced our conservatory into an additional room for the house.
