The quote we initially received was favorable, but a few hours into the work trade said that additional work was needed, else the re-roofing would not be subject to their guarantee, more than doubling the cost. It was less than a days work either way, and pressure was applied for me to pay quickly. I was certainly overcharged. Some of the work was done by children/teenagers. The roof was left with damage and I cannot contact the company to have them resolve it. Messages/texts are not replied to, the phone numbers are disconnected.

Whatever you do, do not trust this company. They are not legitimate. They carried out work on my roof, which started small but quickly escalated as they made me believe there were serious issues. A subsequent independent survey showed everything they did was seriously sub-standard, probably unnecessary, and left our roof in a worse situation than before. They then vanished, and we have no way to locate them.

Came saw what needed to be done, carried out the repair within 2 days. Quote was very favourable compared to other quotes received
