Started out being a job to remove moss from the roof. However, after starting the job, it became clear that there were issues with the soffits, fascia boards and roof tiles. The job escalated to a roof replacement after the evidence was shown to me (75 year old roof) The problems were clearly communicated through the use of pictures, videos, messages and texts (WhatsApp mainly) - daily. Excellent communication throughout the job All third parties were handled - like scaffolding and waste disposal. The environment around the house was kept clean. High quality workmanship

Great service done promptly and it looks great

We had a leak in our roof after the heavy hail and rain storms. I started ringing round on Sunday and got in touch with Ryan at Ark, who was quick to come out to assess the problem, and back the next day to fix our roof. He showed me the faults he found and we discussed the best way forward and a fix done the same morning. Really impressed with the quality and speed of the service, really reassuring after a stressful roof leak!
