"Easy to book time slot on line. Phone call an hour before arrival to check we were at home. Two previous plumbers failed to fix the problem. He knew immediately that it was caused by a defective Diverter Valve. He had a spare in his van. All repaired within one hour. He gave me the old diverter valve. Easy payment by card on his device. Extremely polite, and good communication throughout. Very impressed and highly recommend. We have booked our next Annual service with the Company."

High quality of workmanship carried out to replace toilet syphon system. Very pleased with result. All done efficiently and neatly giving very good customer service.
