It was great working with Andy to realise our vision for our new staircase. He made multiple visits to ensure we were totally happy with the design ahead of work starting. Andy was absolutely professional, keeping us informed at every step. The job was more challenging than first expected, but Andy flexed other commitments to ensure timely completion. Really recommend - we're really happy with the work. They dismantled what was there before and fitted a new double door frame - which they had made to measure. Made good the surrounding plasterwork and flooring and added in some additional concrete flooring as they discovered a hole in the floor. They were more than happy to do the extra work which wasn't too costly. They were courteous and friendly and got on with the job with no bother. They tidied everything away at the end of each day and all old material was taken away at the end of the job. If you need a carpenter definitely use them.
