Nothing to find fault with. Avon Stone gave a competitive quote for the work, turned up when they said they would, did the work well in good time and were pleasant to have around. Would definitely be happy to use again.

First changed date and then canceled the second date. I have done all the chasing or there would have been no contact. I wouldn’t trust this outfit.

The Job involved removing ivy and maintaining the wall. The ivy first had to be removed in order to inspect the wall. Jerome and his team completed the ivy removal on 24 Oct. and sent an invoice on 25th. I paid within 48 hrs. The invoice email promised further quotes for the wall repairs in 'a couple of days'. I chased the further quotes on 5th Nov. 12th, 18th 24th and 27th. I had no further communication. The job is only half complete and as at 10 Dec., have still not had any further response. very Poor!

Excellent work. They repointed my 1860 Cotswold stone cottage using lime mortar. Quick tidy, nice people.

Jerome and his team did a great job on our house. They repointed the front, removed the paint, and restored the stone beautifully. We are so happy with the end result, and lots of our neighbours have already commented on how lovely it looks. Jerome and his team were amazing, very kind and considerate while doing the work, and we would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Avon Stone. The guys were super friendly and did an excellent job of repointing the front of our house, with the mortar colour we wanted. They also cleaned and repainted the stonework. Very efficient, professional and great to deal with.

Jerome and the team were very professional and reliable. We had old pebbledash render removed to reveal some amazing stone work underneath and couldn't be happier with the results. They have been restored beautifully and add so much character to our victorian terrace. Would recommend Jerome and the team at Avon Stone contractors Ltd!
