Booked in Motorhome for mot, I waited in the reception I was greeted with a pleasant good morning from Workshop staff They brought my moho in to the bay A mechanic came into the reception to get some paperwork and I asked if they could check something on the motor they did and said it was fine They could have easily said it needed parts but they assured me it was ok I will definitely be going back to this garage

Badminton's were one of the few garages that took my car in when it broke down while I was on holiday. I got the car dropped off as agreed and heard nothing back until I phoned them myself (a reoccurring issue). From start to when I got the car taken elsewhere, there was very little communication and the diagnosis they gave me was completely wrong. They were going to charge upwards of £600 for works that did not need doing and would still have not fixed my initial problem. When I raised this as a complaint the owne, all I got was excuses of being short-staffed.

Car has been there several times for service and mot with excellent service. Taken in with complex electrical issue, spent time diagnosing problem and then sourcing difficult parts. Brilliant communication, superb work and great customer service.
