Baltik Architecture is a CIAT Chartered architectural practice, established in 2022, delivering thoughtful, well-resolved design across the residential, commercial, and leisure sectors. We believe good architecture begins with listening. Every project starts with clear consultation, allowing us to fully understand the brief, site constraints, planning context, and our clients’ aspirations. This process informs designs that are timeless, context-driven, and grounded in how people live, work, and interact. Our work is defined by consistency, clarity, and attention to detail. From early concept through to technical design and delivery, we place equal importance on design quality, buildability, and end-user experience. Budgets and timescales are carefully considered at every stage to ensure projects remain practical as well as aspirational. We work closely with homeowners, developers, and commercial clients, offering a hands-on, personal service throughout the life of each project. Whether navigating planning constraints, working within sensitive contexts, or developing robust technical solutions, we approach every commission with the same level of care and rigour. Founded in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, our practice draws inspiration from the creativity, character, and industrial heritage of the district where we began. This ethos - Imagine. Shape.
