"Just before Xmas (ie 23 or 24 Dec) the lock on our front door fell apart. We contacted BEN Locksmiths who came out the same day and confirmed that the lock was irreparable and they would need to order a replacement. They ensured there was an alternative method to secure the house and asked us to demonstrate that this worked before leaving. Delivery of the new lock was delayed by the manufacturer’s Xmas shutdown but they returned yesterday to complete the job. They were really nice to deal with and we were happy with their price. We would certainly use them again."

We contacted BEN Locksmiths who came out the same day and confirmed that the lock was irreparable and they would need to order a replacement.
