Turned up at the expected time, explained the procedure and after it was completed showed me the removed nest and queen. No complaints whatsoever and great value.

Mark was recommended to me after I heard scrabbling noises in our ceiling. I contacted him and he came round the following day, had a thorough look around the outside of the house and laid traps and bait in the loft. He explained the procedure thoroughly, and what I could expect to happen. He arrived two weeks later for the follow up, remove traps etc and made a repair to the outside wall where there was a gap around a pipe big enough for a rodent to get in. He knows his stuff, was on time is a very likeable chap.

Mark came round promptly to investigate the rodent noises we could hear in our loft conversion. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave lots of excellent advice. He suggested solutions but didn't put us under any pressure. We would absolutely recommend him.

Friendly and knows his stuff! Had problem with mice in ceilings and behind kick boards, he blocked up possible entry holes outside and inside, returned after 2 weeks to check traps, have had no more sightings for months now
