Despite problems in the supply chain due to Covid he delivered the project to time and to a good standard. Always keen to offer ideas, listen and be prepared to be flexible; and anxious to provide a good service to the customer he was a pleasure to work with. He has many building skills and his good relations with local tradespeople enabled the job to be deliver the job quickly and flexibly."

"Approx number of days job taken is estimated due to breaks on account of wet weather. Engineering aspect of work was excellent, rendering of concrete bases, brick walls and patio slabs was very good, and the team carried out various tasks confidently such as transporting and reassembling a summer house at another site and demolishing and clearing existing garden infrastructure. I felt I had hit the jackpot in terms of having Bill accept and complete the work requested, quickly and without anxiety of slippage (aside from unavoidable suspension due to wet weather)."
