I had contacted 3 tradesmen one twice, who said that they could do the job and never came back. Bill was open and honest and told me it was possible but very labour intensive. He carried out the job and I feel safe now with a door that finally locks.

Appointment made on initial contact with Bill and cost of repair ( extremely reasonable) quoted having explained to Bill what the problem was with window. Bill arrived promptly on day of job. Work carried out was done very tidily - especially given the minimal space/ size of bathroom and awkwardness in accessing the window adequately. Bill explained what he'd done. Pleased to bits with how secure the mechanism is now. Glad to have had the job done just in time before the stormy weekend we've experienced. Would recommend Bill to others.
