"My garden was very overgrown with large shrubs, aggressively invasive brambles, vigorous climbers and a cherry tree. Bill had it all gone within a few hours. He came back the next day to dismantle and dispose of my old shed. My house has no rear access, so all equipment and waste had to be taken through the house. Bill approached these obstacles with good humour and he worked his socks off. A few days later I had an emergency at home, not connected with the work that Bill had already done. He came on Sat and Sun to get the problem fixed, even though he had planned a weekend off. A good guy."
